Tickets are purchased on a non-refundable and non-transferable basis, as per our terms and conditions.
We understand that some circumstances may result in your plans changing, and therefore you can change your ticket dates via our Booking Portal, details of which you can find on your e-ticket.
You can reschedule your visit for a like-for-like date within 7 days of the original visit date, up to 3 times, with the flexibility to move bookings up to 24 hours before your arrival time.
Please note: Not all ticket types - including some promotional tickets, are eligible for changes.
